Milestones of Flight
Integrated software and hardware for the Milestones of Flight hangar.
The touchscreen and audiovisual systems supported the exhibition’s account of a century of aviation. Atacama brought software, playback hardware and projection together as an integrated installation within the hangar.
Atacama took responsibility for the design and installation of all AV and touchscreen systems. The installation included approximately 20 solid-state touchscreens running embedded Windows XP, supported by two load-balanced servers, alongside audiovisual projectors. We carried the work through hardware specification, installation and commissioning on site.
