CADW
Roman Fortress Baths at Caerleon
Bringing the Roman baths to life with AV projection, lighting and sound design.
Visitors look down from the gallery onto life-size bathers projected onto the dry archaeological remains of the original baths. Two soft-edged projectors combine the film with water-effect lighting to evoke the baths in use.
A film of Roman soldiers and their families brings the archaeological remains of the baths to life. We also designed, installed and maintained the AV hardware for CADW.
